Set a Default Outgoing Email Address

Let users choose a default outgoing email/sending identity for a workspace, so it's used automatically when creating and sending an invoice unless a different one is picked for that specific invoice.

Useful for anyone with multiple connected email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, custom SMTP) who doesn't want to select the sending identity manually every time they create an invoice.
