Rename Payment Methods with Custom Labels

Let users set a custom customer-facing label for each payment method. For example, displaying "Stripe" as "Credit Card" or "Card Payment" on the payment page, since end customers don't always recognise the underlying processor name.

Should apply to all payment method types (Stripe, custom payment, bank transfer, etc.) without affecting the underlying integration or how the method works.
