Make Customer Address Optional

Allow customers to be created and saved without requiring an address. Today the form blocks customer creation if an address isn't entered.

Plenty of service businesses (consulting, online services, repeat retail customers, etc.) don't need a customer address on file or on the invoice. Making the field optional removes friction during customer creation and on invoices where the address isn't relevant.
