Customise Which Metrics Show in Analytics Top Tiles

The top of the analytics view shows four fixed tiles (Unpaid, Collection Rate, Overdue Rate, Cancellation Rate). Let users choose which four metrics appear in those top slots from a wider list including invoices sent, invoices paid, average payment time, top customer, total revenue, and others currently shown lower down or not at all.

Different users care about different headline numbers, so locking everyone into the same four limits how useful the dashboard is at a glance.
