Custom Invoice Naming with Saved Prefix Presets

Let users define custom invoice naming schemes using saved prefix/code presets, rather than the fixed sequential format.

For example, a photographer working across job types might want codes like PRT (portraits), PRP (property) so invoices are self-describing and easy to log and reconcile.
