Adding variables into Items input

Each month I send invoice to customer which says “Consulting work {{month}}” for example:

• Consulting work May

• Consulting work June

I can’t use the recurring invoice feature because the month is not dynamic.

Id like to see option to add variables to the Items input so I can select things like Month.
