Manage branding, setup custom prefixes and insert dynamic variables

🎨 Brand Management
Your branding now lives in one place. Head to Settings > Branding to manage everything your clients see: invoice and payment page templates, signatures, colour schemes, meta title and description, button styles, footer links, and favicon.
Within that, your Logo and Icon are now handled separately, since they do different jobs. Your Logo shows up on PDFs and emails, while your Icon takes care of favicons, avatars, link sharing, and lists, so each one is sized and displayed correctly wherever it appears.
Once your branding is set up, you can also set it as the default for new invoices. Pick a default template and colour scheme so every invoice starts pre-styled in your look, and turn on the new auto-attach setting so the PDF is always included when you share an invoice.
Set it once, and it flows through every touchpoint your clients see.

🔢 Custom Invoice Prefixes
The fixed "INV" is gone. You can now set any prefix you want, save multiple, and set a default per workspace.
Save prefixes like BILL, PTR, ICTR, or a template with your org initials
Each saved prefix keeps its own numbering sequence
Pick a different prefix per invoice when you need to
Include dynamic pieces like year, month, or initials in the prefix
Optionally set a starting number if you're migrating in
Changing a prefix later never touches invoices you've already sent
Head to Settings > Invoice > Prefixes to set yours up.

📝 Dynamic Variables in Invoice Line Items
Line item descriptions now support tokens like {month}, {name}, {first name}, and {year}. The most useful one by far is {month} on recurring invoices: set the description once and every cycle auto-fills with the current month. No more editing "January retainer" to "February retainer" to "March retainer" every month.

💱 Currency Codes on Invoice PDFs
Downloaded PDFs now show the currency code alongside the symbol (so AUD $500 and USD $500, instead of just $500). Removes any ambiguity when your client's finance team is filing invoices from multiple regions. Your online payment page still uses the symbol only, so nothing changes for clients paying directly.

Custom Domain Redirect
You can now set a redirect URL, so non-invoice pages on your domain go to your homepage, marketing site, or anywhere else, instead of the default HoneyBill app

Recurring Invoices Go a Lot Further
Big bumps to recurring invoice limits across the board:
Weekly went from a month of coverage to a full year, and monthly doubled to two years. If you were hitting the ceiling before, you've got serious headroom now.
⏰ Overdue Happens Automatically
When an invoice's due date passes, it now flips to Overdue automatically. No more manually updating statuses, and reminders fire on the correct state without you doing anything.
📄 Download PDFs From Any Invoice State
Including drafts. Previously you had to send or issue an invoice before you could get the PDF. Now you can download it whenever you need to, useful for internal reviews and approvals before something goes out.
