MCP Server

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for HoneyBill, so AI agents and assistants (Claude, Claude Code, and other MCP-compatible tools) can act on a HoneyBill workspace directly: creating invoices, looking up customers and projects, logging time, checking payment status, and similar actions, exposed as tools an agent can call rather than requiring custom integration code.

This is distinct from the general Public API request. A REST API serves traditional integrations (Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts). MCP is specifically the protocol AI agents use to discover and call tools, so it needs its own server layer even once a REST API exists. Both are useful and can be built on the same underlying capabilities, but they serve different integration paths.
